Frigate Travel Purchases Lodge in Alaska

We're always so proud of our team for striving to elevate the experience for our guests, ourselves, and each other. So it is with big enthusiasm we announce our purchase of Rainbow Bend Lodge on the Naknek River!

Starting June 2022 our Alaska guests will all be staying at the new property location conveniently located just below the rainbow fishing grounds, on the salmon grounds and a prime location for float plane arrivals and departures.

You can expect the same heartfelt care as usual but with the added touch of our attention to detail in your experience off the water.

Stay tuned for updates from the lodge and a look behind the scenes as we update and renovate your new Alaska accommodations.

Each cabin on the water you see above has a private bathroom and two guest beds. We will maintain our small size of 8-9 guests to continue to provide the intimate experience you have come to love and enjoy while fishing with us. Sharing this special place on the river with all of you is such an exciting step for us. The dream is finally coming true!
